Not sure how or why I failed to post a blog post about the amazing collections and products we received from Prima but better late than never right?
First up we have the fabulous collection – The Archivist by my friend, Frank Garcia. This collection is his second and what a fabulous follow up! The Archivist features tans, browns and blacks with a hint of green, red and yellow. It’s such a versatile collection perfect to showcase so much! Here’s a little peak but you can find all available products here.
So happy to say that our shipment of 7Dots papers has arrived from Poland. Made sure I got to the post office when they opened. It’s even nicer in person than it is in photos online. You can find it all here. Here are some pics…
I’d love to stay and chat some more but the kids are calling. Have a great day.
I have to say I felt very lucky this week as I had the opportunity to take 2 classes from the ever-so-talented Anna Dabrowska, aka Finnabair. If you are not familiar with Finn, I think you might be living under a rock but that’s neither here nor there. 🙂 You do need to check out her work on her blog as it is nothing short of amazing. If you EVER get the chance to take one of her classes, DO. It is worth every penny and then some.
Finn is a fabulous teacher. She is patient, knowledgeable and helpful at guiding you in making a wonderful piece. Don’t let her fool you, her English is excellent. She is able to communicate technical information in English perfectly. I found her to be one of the best instructors I have taken a class from to date.
I’d also like to add if in the New York area and you want some great mixed media type classes, check out this meet up group, Little Bird Creations run by Michele. They always have great things going on to inspire and learn.
The 2 classes I took were the Imagine Mixed Media Canvas Class and the Industrial Boroque, Tea for Two. Loved both of these classes and learned so much. Here’s what I created with Finn’s insight….
It’s finally up on the site… now accepting Pre-Orders for this much anticipated release now!
