Love it! And if you have never gotten your hands on Blue Fern Studios paper before, let me tell you, the thickness and quality are fantastic. Perfect for any mixed media work you might be wanting to do with it.

In addition to these beautiful papers, we also have brought in a wide assortment of some new chipboard pieces. Some from your truly, others from the talented likes of Michele Singh and Georgia Heald along with a new designer, Glenda Schoepp-Drake. Basically what I am trying to say is there’s a wide assortment of style going on here. Something for everyone.

An Album Kit and New Goodies

Seashore Album by Janene Meyerowitz

Happy Friday!  Today I am happy to post an album I whipped up using the Graphic45 By the Sea line. It’s a great line with wonderful colors and icons to make fussy cutting a pleasure.  The kit comes with materials and written directions. Sad to say but I haven’t tried a video and to be honest, it’s so cut and dry a video would be boring. The only medium I used was a little gesso to make the embellishments pop.

In addition to the album, we added a bunch of brand new Blue Fern Studios to the store.  Some by yours truly and some from the ever talented Michelle Singh.

BoBunny came out with a stitches stamp. The Prima ones were so popular and have become impossible to source so this is a close second if you are looking for a straight line stitch stamp. In fact, the set includes 5 different style stitches in addition to some doilies, buttons, etc.

And last but not least for today, the so cute Mini Distress Ink Pads from Tim Holtz / Ranger.  We added them to the store as the complete set- 9 packs of 4-colors. The full range! and what’s better since we bulked them together, we decided to give a little price break – get 9 sets for the price of 8.

That’s it. Next week…. Elena Tretiakova and Gabrielle Pollacco!

Enjoy the weekend.

New Maja Papers and Blue Fern Chipboard

Happy Saturday! Hope you are out and about enjoying a nice day and not reading this blog post till a later time. 🙂 We just got in some gorgeous Maja Vintage Autumn papers and Blue Fern Studios chipboard. Both are awesome.

The papers – this collection (like all of theirs) comes in the most beautiful color palette. The blues are striking! This has to be my favorite collection from them to date. Have a look at a few…

On to the Blue Fern Studios chipboard pieces. By now you probably know how much I love this brand. How could I not when I am fortunate enough to design some of their pieces.  It’s fun being able to design things you want but I have to say it was Michelle Singh who blew me away. My Favorite are these amazing Tattered Diamond Bit…..

I love them. Want to use them everywhere. In addition to these bad boys, we also got a few more goodies. Here’s a few from me…

Aren’t these fun?  You get 5 circle pieces in the set. The Chain Link is 11.25″ x 11.25″ and perfect for snipping in to little pieces here and there to add some texture.  And the Marrakech Panel… at 8.25″ x 7.25″, it’s perfect to use complete or cut up. Hopefully you’ll  be seeing some more pieces in the near future.

And coming this Thursday, another kit from Adrienne Ford.
