Natalie May is Here – Finally

Obviously only Natalie and I know how long ago we first starting talking about her doing some kits for The Scrapbook Diaries.  But let me tell you… it was a while ago.  After seeing some of Natalie’s work, it’s no wonder why she teaches all over Australia.

So she’s onboard for doing some exclusive kits for us. And while her first layout was awesome. I had so much fun recreating and learning a bunch of cool techniques… it’s been put on hold.  Hold you ask? Why yes, it’s on hold thanks to a glitch in product availability. Which leads me to a little rant… I am learning.  If you like a product and want to incorporate in to a kit, yo need to order it before you make the kit. Seems a more common occurrence these days that a product comes out, sells and goes out.  Frustrating but we’ll get through it.  Luckily the product in question is SUPPOSED to be delivered to our distributors soon (placing a call now to see if we can get an ETA). OK – not looking good so I will figure out what to do about this.

Moving on… Natalie May is awesome so when I told her how much I LOVED her Family Layout that she teaches, she gave me a copy of the instructions and permission to kit it up and sell on our site. I had too much fun making this layout. Not sure why spraying chipboard to make it look like metal has NEVER occurred to me but now all I want to do is make metal looking chipboard. Love this layout and hope you do too…

How cool is it?   I just love it. I love the dark look but how versatile it can be.  Engraver is probably one of the best lines out there (we have another layout or two coming in the next week using it). You know me, when I like something, I just keep using it and using it. 🙂

Due to product availability, there’s a few changes to the actual metal pieces but otherwise, pretty much what you see is what you get (no title).  This kit is a single-page layout but with an extra sheet or two of paper, you could easily alter a little bit and make in to 2 pages.

If purchasing, please add in comments if you’d like us to punch to Notebook edges for you. If you have your own punch, no need.

Thanks for looking.
