House of Roses Double Kit by Gabrielle Pollacco

House of Roses Love (MMK118A)

Gabrielle Pollacco made up for lost time with this kit… It’s a DOUBLE!  Yep, that’s right, she created two amazing pages like only Gabrielle can along with two inspirational video tutorials! As ALWAYS Gabi fills her layouts with tricks and layers that make her creations amazing to lay your eyes on. These layouts are no different!  She uses the fabulous House of Roses Collection from Lemon Craft (Poland).  These papers have been seen all over the place and for good reason – they are BEAUTIFUL!!!  I just put in a second order for more and we also have their brand new collection, heart Painted on order.

Anyway, back to the kit or should I say kits at hand.  Gabi out did herself once again and created two stunning pages. Each use the mix of “Art Is” Stencil from the Crafters Workshop and Gabi’s Texture Stamp that she designed for us.  In addition she uses her homemade texture paste, Spun Sugar Distress Ink and Old Paper Distress Ink.  As usual, we are offering the kit as a complete bundle if you don’t have these items as well as a basic version since so many of you probably already have these items.  Of course if you need one or two of these “extras”, the links have been provided for them (read full product description for all details).

Yes, that beautifully lady is the one and only Gabrielle!  So rare we get to see her scrap her own photo. I for one love it and think she should do it more. 🙂

Love? Love them both of course!  As you can see the papers are just beautiful. Mix them with Gabi’s unique ability to bring out such detail… You can’t go wrong.  She even shows us a great technique for using a household spice to mimic the look of rust (see the cogs and chains chipboard piece on the Smile layout).  The kit is also loaded with great chipboard elements. From the Love Scribble Frame to the Cogs and Chains (both from ScrapFX) to the Blue Fern Studios Chipboards… Graduated Square, Smile and more… Blue Fern was so nice to do a custom set for us on this one. In fact, “The Best Day Ever” title is a mini version of their usual one. Who doesn’t love unique pieces in a kit?  And “Together”… well if it looks funny on my pic it’s because it is… Blue Fern is arriving later today so i had to do a little digital imposing to show what should be there. But you won’t see this word in any existing sets (think it should make its way in to a future one). 🙂

Oh wait, haven’t even shown you the bonus pages test so you don’t know what I am talking about. Here you go…

Yeah, as you can see “together” looks real odd but I will be sure to replace when the box arrives.

Phew… So much to say and now so much to go and kit so we can start shipping!  Shipments will start going out early next week.  Lots of pieces to pull and pick apart.

On other fronts… more and more products coming in daily… Chipboards from all you favorite companies are in route. Rumor has it we might be seeing some Prima flowers soon. More papers from LemonCraft. New wedding collection from Pion Designs (complete collection on order). New baby line being announced from Maja Design in the next few weeks (will be sure to order complete line). New kits… I have some catching up to do as I have projects from Elena Tretiakova, Stacey Young, Olga Heldwein and Maja Nowak.

Thanks for checking in! Have a wonderful weekend.
